Scandal Cast Will Reunite for Live Reunion and Script Reading on Sunday, Nov. 17: Benefitting WNC Affected by Hurricane Helene

The reunion and script read have concluded, but donations are still being accepted at www.unitedwaync.org/scandalread through Sunday, November 24.

LOS ANGELES (November 1, 2024) – The cast of the hit ABC show Scandal will reunite on Sunday, November 17 at 6 PM ET/ 3 PM PT for one night only with a live reunion and script reading. The online event will benefit the United Way of North Carolina as they help Western North Carolina recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene.

Spearheaded by Bellamy Young, who was born and raised in Asheville, NC, the virtual event will feature Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Guillermo Diaz, Scott Foley, Katie Lowes, Joshua Malina, Joe Morton, George Newbern, Jeff Perry, Cornelius Smith, Jr., and Darby Stanchfield. Creator Shonda Rhimes will open the reading, her producing partner Betsy Beers will narrate, and special guests will be announced soon.

In advance of the event, fans can go to www.unitedwaync.org/scandalread to donate to reserve their spot to watch this historic reunion. Anyone who donates will enjoy a virtual pre-event with the cast before the reading, including an introduction by Shonda Rhimes.

The virtual event production is by Hovercast.
