UWCC is seeking an experienced, passionate and driven individual to report to the Board of Directors and lead overall operations. For the past 40 years, United Way of Chatham County (UWCC) has been partnering with Chatham county health and human service organizations to address the most critical needs of county residents. In 2023, UWCC embarked on a Bold Goal: to End and Prevent Poverty for 2,000 people in 2,000 days (2030). This is not about short-term charity. It's about lasting change for Chatham County residents and agencies. We work tirelessly on behalf of our agencies, because when they succeed, so do we.

Chief Marketing Officer: United Way of Forsyth County

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) leads the strategic vision for United Way of Forsyth County’s marketing and communications efforts, shaping how we engage with the community, amplify our brand, and tell the story of our impact. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CMO collaborates across departments and with external partners to develop marketing initiatives that inspire action - whether through volunteering, attending events, or contributing financially.

This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex community challenges into compelling narratives, and is passionate about mobilizing stakeholders to drive change. The CMO works onsite and manages the Marketing and Community Engagement team, and interns as needed. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Responsible for a portfolio of major donors $10,000+ and planned gifts. The Officer will be donor-centered, data-driven, innovative, and results oriented to meet fundraising goals and targets that lead to sustainable growth.

Executive Director: Lumber River United Way

The Executive Director of Lumber River United Way is a mission-driven, collaborative, innovative, equity-minded and social impact focused position. This person will serve as the brand ambassador and champion of the United Way in the Bladen, Dillon, Hoke, and Robeson communities, across all stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, business leaders, community members, nonprofit leaders, government, education partners, strategy partners, families served and more. The Executive Director will leverage the power of relationships and networks, working across private, public, and corporate sectors at the state and local level to improve outcomes in the Bladen, Dillon, Hoke, and Robeson communities.
